We have invested in an exclusive process that restores life to scratched CDs and DVDs. This process of high precision milling and polishing reduces the scratch until it is no longer visible to the laser reading the disk.
When you place your order with us you will be able to send as many or as few disks as you want. There is no minimum, but the more you send the more you save. Remember, double-sided DVDs count as two disks because we repair both sides.
Music and games are expensive. Software can cost even more. Imagine your saving of repairing a CD or DVD versus purchasing a new replacement disk. Buying a new disk that you already own!
Can my disk be repaired?
Determining if your disk can be repaired is a simple process. Hold your disk up to a light bulb, with the label facing the bulb. If you see light shining through the label, chances are the disk can not be repaired. This is damage to the information foil, and is not repairable.
If no light is visible through the foil, more than likely your disk can be repaired!
How does it work?
- Specify the quantity of disks to be repaired.
- Calculate total which includes shipping and tax. 1-12 disks are returned to you via USPS (2-9 days) and 13-50 disks are returned to you via UPS ground (1-5 days). For orders above 50 disks, contact RCM for special pricing.
- Pay via PayPal with Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express.
- Print the shipping label and mail your disks to RCM.
- RCM will email you when we ship your repaired disks.
- If you are not satisfied with your disk repair, please return it within 30 days for a refund of the repair charge.
